Catherine ‘Cate’ Craig is the founder and manager of Simple and Savvy. Cate started her career in property styling in 2012, bringing her unique talents to the Sunshine Coast and never looking back.
Working closely with many of the Sunshine Coast’s leading real estate agents, Cate prides herself on her ability to unlock the life in a room and showcase it in its best light.
Cate holds a Diploma of Professional Interior Design and has also gained accreditation as an Australian Certified Staging Professional.
Cate started Simple and Savvy to specialise in pre-sales property styling and help clients receive better value for their homes.

We look at all of the available options and consult with you to decide which of our home staging options will be of greatest benefit, whether it be a thorough room-by-room checklist of furniture and arrangement guidelines or simply the addition of soft furnishings such as cushions, rugs or lamps to brighten your home’s appeal. If your property is vacant we are also able to hire furniture and accessories to create that ‘lived-in’ look.
